Education: Bachelor's degree, master's degree in relevant field is preferred.
Language skills: Must know Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages at a high level.
Requirements:
• Determining the marketing requirements of the university, developing and implementing strategies;
• Coverage of the university's activities in the mass media, providing information to the public;
• If necessary, to prepare a response to untrue information published in the mass media about the activities of the university and to take measures to eliminate distortions, to conduct daily monitoring of materials;
• Prepare press releases, newsletters, statements, interviews, speeches, etc.;
• Prepare drafts of normative acts and organizational regulatory documents in the field of public relations;
• Organization of the department's activities and ensuring effective teamwork;
• Establishing the work of the press service and supervising the preparation of press materials;
• Having extensive experience in journalism, mass media,SMM, PR and advertising.

Required certifications: Having international certifications in the field is an advantage.

Must know:
• Decrees and orders of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the field of science and education;
• Relevant decisions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
• Decisions and orders of the central executive authority in the field of education of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
• State educational standards and programs (curricula) approved for higher education;
• Higher school pedagogy and psychology;
• The basics of teacher-student relations;
