On December 6-9, a seminar was held in CNAM University of Paris on granting double diplomas in the framework of project called ERASMUS+LPEB – “Professional bachelor preparation in open and distant education format for energy and ecological efficiency of buildings in Russia, China and Azerbaijan”. According to Vice-rector for Correspondence, Distant and Extra Education Docent Gafar Atatyev’s words, representatives of several European universities participated in the seminar: CNAM University of Paris, Grenoble Academy of France, International Telematic University of UNINETTUNO (Italy), University of Leipzig (Germany), University of Seville (Spain), University of Turin, University of Pavia (Italy), Yakutsk University, Vladivostok University, Tuvan State University, Irkutsk State University, Novosibirsk State University, Harbin University (China), Dalyan University (China), Sumgayit State University, Azerbaijan Technical University, Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction.

The first day of the meeting CNAM University, project administration gave information about seminar program, implemented works and future events related to the project. Then, each university made presentation of approved European accreditation file of specialties for the project. The second half of the day, European expert from Bulgaria on quality assurance and management in the project announced the results of analysis of events, reports and outcomes according to special methodology. Universities from Azerbaijan were in the first place. Russian and Chinese universities shared the second and third places.

On December 8, partner universities of Europe held bilateral discussions. Partner universities from Azerbaijan discussed the terms of granting double diplomas with CNAM University, Leipzig University, University of Seville, University of Turin and University of Pavia separately. Also, it was decided to continue contracts in the future.
