According to the amendments, some acts are decriminalized by increasing the threshold acts, some crimes are exempted from criminal liability on the condition of reconciliation with the victim and compensation, and some alternative punishments were included, including fines, correctional labor and restriction of liberty, to reduce the use of imprisonment."

The amnesty decree signed by the President will allow hundreds of prisoners to rebuild their lives and open a new page in their lives.
