However, despite all this, declaring the Republic of Goycha-Zangezur at this extremely difficult   period is nothing more than grist to the enemy's mill, it is a completely wrong, purposeless and unthoughtful step that is not known, even raises doubts and is against the interests of the state of Azerbaijan.

Especially the recent war in Ukraine and the attitude of the world countries to this war, the provocations caused by Armenians on the Azerbaijan-Armenia border and their false, baseless campaign against Azerbaijan, and during the infamous visit of speaker of US House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi to Armenia and at the same time as shedding fake tears in front of the fake "genocide" monument, raising this issue again is a harmful action, and at the same time, despite all the provocations, evils and slanders committed by Armenians against Azerbaijan, it is a deliberate or unwitting blow to the image of our state as a supporter of peace in the international arena.

We believe that behind this step lies a cunning intention, cooperation with some forces against the state and our statehood, or people who do not understand the essence of this step. In essence, this step can be considered an irresponsible action that is not in accordance with the will of the Republic of Azerbaijan and harms the domestic and foreign policy conducted by our state in accordance with the norms and principles of international law in the region.

Even rightly, the West Azerbaijan Community issued a statement regarding various sharings on behalf of the institution called "Goycha-Zangezur Republic", and in that statement it is said: "Recently, various irresponsible sharings have been made on behalf of the institution called "Goycha-Zangezur Republic". In this regard, Western Azerbaijan taking into account the numerous appeals received by the community, we inform that the West Azerbaijan Community does not recognize an organization called "Goycha-Zangezur Republic", has no connection with it, and considers such   inappropriate acts in relation to our historical lands are unacceptable. We request all media representatives to in order to be sure of the accuracy of any information about Azerbaijan, they should apply the West Azerbaijan Community.

"The idea of ​​the "Goycha-Zangezur Republic" of the person named Rizvan Talibov is an adventure and aims to form a wrong opinion related to the real goals of Azerbaijan."

Another issue: the opening of the representative office of the Republic of Goycha-Zangezur, decorated with the flags of Goycha-Zangezur and the Republic of Turkey, in Ankara, the capital of Turkey. In fact, we believe that this type of activity of this organization that is contrary to the interests of the state of Azerbaijan and harms Azerbaijan-Turkey relations.
