State youth policy founded by Great leader Heydar Aliyev is successfully advanced by President Ilham Aliyev. “Azerbaijani youth in 2017-2021” State Program provides active participation of youth in all fields of society. Knowledge and skills of the young generation strengthen our country. Sumgayit State University that has an important role in formation of country’s cadre potential has written its name to the row of prestigious universities by the achievements gained on preparation of professional specialists. The university known by higher educational institutions of CIS, Turkey and some European states with success achieved on integration to European values has become famous not only with material-technical base, auditoria, laboratories supplied with further achievements of ICT, but also with its scientists, famous lecturers, cadre potential and professor-teaching staff. SSU expands its relations with prestigious universities of East, Europe and Slavic countries and conducts scientific-pedagogical exchanges connected with advanced technologies, management methods and innovations.
Under the guidance of Rector Professor Elkhan Huseynov, Sumgayit State University renews cadre potential with its graduates every year. Involvement of young cadres and specialists to education process confirms firmness of gained success. In these days our several graduates and coworkers will begin to work as a laboratory worker, specialist and lecturer in new academic year. Professor Elkhan Huseynov congratulated them, wished them success and achievements in their works and notified that they will have special services for the future improvement of SSU. He noted that every young person has to start to work in a concrete field in order to define his/her future and reminded the sanctity of scientist life. But being a teacher, scientist is a glorious and honorable job, so they devote their knowledge and skills to the development of others’ knowledge. They contribute to the advancement of the country and national-spiritual values.
The following people will start to work a lecturer in new academic year: Ilgar Osmanov, Sadagat Aliyeva, Samira Seyidova, Dilara Amiraslanova, Aida Taghiyeva, Yegana Abdullayeva in the Faculty of Economy and Management; Mahbuba Hajiyeva, Banovsha Jalalzade, Jala Farhadova in the Faculty of History and Geography; Nijat Hasanli in the Faculty of Mathematics; Elshad Aliyev in the Faculty of Philology. They expressed their gratitude to Professor Elkhan Huseynov and emphasized that youth policy conducted by the President has caused to demonstrate the skills of every Azerbaijani youth in any field. The students notified that, it was their wish to work in their native university, to share auditoriums and work together with their teachers. They promised to represent their university worthily with their scientific and public activity.
