 Excellency! You successfully keep on strengthening Azerbaijani statehood by realizing the ideas of Heydar Aliyev, Great leader of Azerbaijani people. Azerbaijan Republic gains substantial achievements in all fields of public life and develops by raising its reputation in international community. These achievements are connected with You and consecutive internal and external policy conducted under your administration. You run successful projects for prosperity of our country and for reinforcing its reputation and impact in global political arena. Your policy directed to the growth of the Republic of Azerbaijan has brought you deep respect not only in our country, but also abroad. 

Science and education are always in the phase of continuous development. Azerbaijani education successfully integrates to international education arena in result of reforms and realized projects in recent years. As You recommended, oil capital gradually turns to human capital.
