“Graduate day” was celebrated in front of the first teaching building of SSU on June 29. Ceremony began with sounding state anthem and then the rector of university, proffessor E.B.Huseynov celebrated the students on occasion of “Graduate day” and wished great success in their future activities. Besides these, the rector spoke about historical sevices of national leader Haydar Aliyev in forming Independen Azerbaijan Republic. Everytime the education of Azerbaijan feels state’s attention and care. H.Aliyev said: “Education is the future of nation”. Ilham Aliyev follower of national leader Haydar Aliyev shows attention and care to the education of Azerbaijan in all time. Nowadays Azerbaijan Republic is developing dinamically. The education of Azerbaijan is advancing in accordance with politics which the head of state defined. Sumgayit State Universty is the one high education institution in Sumgayit City. Devolopment of this universty differs from previous years. The main aim of our universty is to educate the young generation and prepare them for the future noted the rector. The head of the Philosophy Department, prof. H. Sadigov celebrated dear graduates and recommended be the worthy man for the future of Azerbaijan Republic. On behalf of graduates SemaAsadova thanked all stuff of the university and stressed that they never forget their university’s troubles. They will try to be worthy in the future development of motherland she noted. On behalf of parents AzadiSuleymanov celebrated the graduates and thanked to the rector for the excellent education circumstances. Diplomas and certificates were introduced to graduates to the music of university march. Ceremony was continued by the cultural workers of A.Orujova and A.Gasimov.
