As part of the academic exchange program between Sumgayit State University (SSU) and Atyrau State University named after Khalel Dosmukhamedov of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 4 teachers from SSU are visiting Atyrau State University from January 26 to February 6. Professor of the Department of Business Administration of the Faculty of Economics and Management, Shafa Aliyev, Head of the Department of Energy, Faculty of Engineering, Associate Professor Khayala Aliguliyeva, Associate Professor of the Department of History, Geography and Methodology, Faculty of History and Geography, Yusifali Hasanov, and teacher of the Department of Mathematical Analysis and Differential Equations, Faculty of Mathematics, Leyla Nasirova are participating in the exchange program. Teachers actively participate in the teaching process, conduct lectures and seminars, and conduct scientific and methodological discussions in accordance with their areas of expertise.
As part of the academic program, the SSU delegation held an official meeting with the rector of Atyrau State University and exchanged views on expanding existing cooperation between the two higher education institutions, implementing joint research projects, and the prospects for developing future academic exchange programs. In addition, program participants participate in various academic and cultural events organized at the university and become familiar with the higher education system, scientific and research environment, and cultural heritage of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The academic exchange program serves the professional development of teachers, the sharing of international experience, and the further strengthening of inter-university relations.
