Your wise policy, which resulted in our historic victory as a triumph of the unity of the people-leader-army, has been engraved in golden letters in the glorious annals of our country and in the memory of our people.
The special attention you have paid to the field of education and science, and the targeted policy implemented towards the development of the intellectual potential of young people, have opened up new opportunities and prospects for the activities of higher education institutions, including Sumgayit State University.
