On October 29, a training entitled "Creative Thinking" was held at Sumgayit State University (SSU), jointly organized by the Trade Union Committee and the Human Capital Management Center.
Vice-Rector for Social Affairs and Public Relations, Associate Professor Elmar Khalilov opened the training and emphasized the importance of such events. He noted that such initiatives make a significant contribution to the professional development of teachers and staff, increasing creative potential, and forming a modern educational environment. Then, an employee of the Teaching Methodological Center and trainer, Aynura Bagirova made a presentation on the topic "The Role of Creative Thinking in Teaching". She shared her practical knowledge and experience with the participants on the impact of creative thinking on daily activities and the pedagogical process, the formation of individual approaches, motivation, and the development of innovative thinking. The training was based on interactive discussions, group work, and analysis of real-life classroom situations. Participants learned in a practical way how to use various methods that stimulate creativity in teaching.
