A group of teachers from the Department of Automation and Mechanics of the Faculty of Engineering, organized by the Human Capital Management and Career and Alumni Work Centers of Sumgayit State University, visited the STP Sandwich Panel Plant on February 6 for training on the topic “Studying the Multidisciplinary Technological Processes of STP”. As part of the training, Gunel Akhundova, Human Resources Manager of ASSAN STP Panel, welcomed the participants and spoke about the close and mutually beneficial relations between the university and the enterprise. Then, she introduced Naila Gurbanova, Purchasing and Logistics Manager, and Isa Hasanov, Leading Quality Control Specialist and Leading Production Engineer to the training participants. Then, the specialists provided information about the structure of the STP Sandwich Panel Plant, types of manufactured products, indicators and technological processes. It was noted that under the STP panel brand, in addition to sandwich panels, products such as aluminum composite panels (Alcopan), metal profile roofing (Prophnastil), and metal tiles (Cherepitsa) are also produced. In addition to polyurethane, STP panel products are also available in stone wool, which is produced only at STP in Azerbaijan. Then, our employees got acquainted with the production area of the plant and the equipment that performs technological processes. It should be noted that the trainings will continue in the coming weeks.
