Training on "Increasing the role of empathy in teaching" On February 5, a training on "Increasing the role of empathy in teaching" was held at the Sustainable Development Center at Sumgayit State University (SSU) organized by the Trade Union Committee (TUC) and the Human Capital Management Center. The training, conducted by professional trainer Farida Farajova, was organized to emphasize the importance of empathy in the educational process and to develop teachers" communication skills based on effective and mutual understanding with students. During the training, participants gained practical knowledge on the impact of empathy on the quality of teaching, understanding the psychological needs of students, and creating a more effective learning environment. The training was further enriched with interactive discussions, group exercises, and analysis of real learning situations.
