On December 14, the II Education Managers Forum (EMF) was held, organized by the Target Group of Companies and hosted by the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University (ASPU). The event brought together more than 400 participants, leaders in the field of education, specialists and public representatives. Delivering the opening speech, the rector of the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University Jafar Jafarov provided information about the activities of the university he leads, the innovations implemented and the importance of the forum. He emphasized that the forum will make significant contributions to the areas of education management, digital transformation and ecology. In his speech, he called on everyone to reflect on the commitment to developing an inclusive, future-oriented and deeply connected education system, and to actively work towards building a system where education leads changes. Among the speakers at the opening ceremony, Shamil Sadiq, CEO of the Target Group of Companies, TMF project manager, Elnur Nasibov, chairman of the Education Development Fund (EDF), and Gulu Novruzov, chairman of the State Customs Academy (DGA), spoke about the purpose of the forum, the challenges facing the education sector, and the importance of joint cooperation in this direction. Local and foreign speakers spoke at the panels on the topics of “Innovative Management in Practice”, “Technological and environmental responsibilities in Education Management” and “Quality Assurance in school management”. The speech of Rufat Azizov, rector of Sumgayit State University, at the “Innovative Management in Practice” panel was met with great interest. The problems in the field of education and their solutions were widely discussed among the panel participants, and practical recommendations were given.
