Within the framework of the cooperation agreement signed between Sumgayit State University (SSU) and "BOLT SERVICES AZ" LLC, trainings have been launched in accordance with the "Program for Special Training for taxi drivers on ethical behavior and regulatory legal acts regulating passenger transportation by road". Experienced teachers from SSU in the relevant field were involved in the trainings held with the participation of taxi drivers. Within the framework of the cooperation agreement, drivers are trained on regulatory legal acts regulating passenger transportation, rules for passenger transportation by taxis, rights and obligations of drivers and passengers, as well as rules of ethical behavior. It should be noted that the trainings are one of the important steps taken by both institutions to demonstrate their social responsibility and contribute to the development of society. The purpose of organizing such trainings is to improve the quality of transport services, enhance the professional skills of drivers and ensure passenger satisfaction. At the end of the trainings, drivers will be supported to participate in the "Test exam on ethical behavior of taxi drivers and assessment of special preparation on regulatory legal acts regulating passenger transportation by road" conducted by the State Examination Center.
