A meeting of 1st year students with Quality Assurance and Strategy Department took place at SSU. The main purpose of this meeting held on October 23 was to inform the students about the main activities of the department. At the meeting, Gulnar Jafarova emphasized that students have an important role in the proper implementation of the activities of the department headed by her, and in the formation of quality culture in the university. The head of the department spoke about the importance of participation in surveys and brought to attention the innovations implemented in the university according to the results of surveys conducted earlier. At the meeting, information was given about the tools (suggestion box, open door days, etc.) used to strengthen communication between students and the department, as well as various support services (center of excellence, psychological support service, etc.) provided to students. At the end of the meeting, the questions of the participants were answered by the head of the department.
