On October 16, training was held at Sumgait State University within the framework of the project "Employment and professional choice of young people" with the financial support of the Youth Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan.Nasiba Amirbeyova, director of Career and Graduate Employment center of SSU, spoke about the importance of the project, which is organized to support the selection of majors and careers according to students" skills and interests. The director informed about the projects implemented in order to prepare the students of the center headed by her for building their professional career. She noted that the modern educational environment at the university supports the successful organization of the work world of all students, especially students with limited health and disabilities, in accordance with the requirements of the labor market. The inclusive educational environment here ensures that education is accessible to all, while also ensuring social equality.Suad Babayev, head of the "Youth employment and career choice" project, recalled that the second stage of the training was held and spoke about the purpose of the training. He said that the purpose of the training is to guide young people in career planning and to support them in choosing a profession. Then, the trainer Fedai Mardanli informed the participants about career planning and its advantages, choosing the right profession, employment of young people, and answered their questions.At the end of the training, the participants were awarded with certificates.
