On October 4, professor Shafa Aliyev, associate professor Saadat Humbataliyeva and senior lecturer Vafa Jafarova of the faculty of Economics and Management of Sumgait State University, organized by the Ministry of Economy, the Scientific Research Institute of the Ministry of Economy, the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) and the Turkish Institute "İKSAD" participated in the 3rd EOC Brain Centers Forum on "New Generation Economy: Challenges and Prospects". The forum hosted important discussions on the formation of new approaches in the modern economy. At the event, ways to ensure sustainable development of the economy, economic effects of digital technologies, problems facing the new generation of economists and difficulties related to the environment in economic decision-making were discussed. The representatives of the university contributed to the main theme of the conference by making speeches on these topics.
