On September 20, the rector of Sumgait State University (SSU), associate professor Rufat Azizov, met with first-year student Zarifa Samadzade Ilgar gizi, who was admitted to the university with a score of 633.2 points in the Mathematics and informatics teaching specialty for the 2024-2025 academic year.
Rector Rufat Azizov congratulated Zarifa Samadzade on her achievement and expressed gratitude for her decision to join SSU. He highlighted the significant reforms at the university, improvements in the quality of education, and the modern facilities available to support high-level teaching. Rufat Azizov also emphasized the importance of choosing fields that are in high demand in the job market. In response, Zarifa Samadzade expressed her pride in being accepted into SSU and praised the positive developments at the university, including content reforms and the introduction of SABAH groups.
