On September 19, the 8th Eurasian Forum of Accountants and Auditors was held at the Baku Higher Oil School under the joint organization of the Association of Professional Financial Managers of Azerbaijan and the Baku Higher Oil School on the topic of "Accountability and transparency in the environment of the green economy".
At the opening of the forum, Chairman of the Management Board of the Association of Professional Financial Managers of Azerbaijan Nuria Novruzova and Rector of the Baku Higher Oil School Elmar Gasimov spoke and wished success to the work of the Forum.
Representatives of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the State Tax Service, the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) and various financial and accounting organizations, as well as representatives of a number of countries in Europe and Asia, made a report at the forum.
It should be noted that employees of Sumgait State University Nasiba Amirbayova, Logman Abdullayev, Dilara Amiraslanova, Gulshan Huseynzadeh, Samira Seyidova and Turkan Seyfullayeva participated in the forum and shared their views on the topic.
At the end of the forum, a cooperation agreement was signed between APFM and international organizations.
