On September 11-13,trainings were held under the organization of the director of the Human capital management center of SSU, Gunay Rafiyeva, as a part of the support program for newly hired young teachers at the university.
The purpose of the trainings is to support the professional development of teachers in the higher education institution and to achieve further improvement in the quality of teaching.
Organization of teaching at SSU by mentors associate professor Osman Hajiyev, director of the Teaching methodology center, Nasiba Amirbeyova, director of the Career and graduate employment center, Gulnar Jafarova, head of the Quality Assurance and Strategy department, Tore Mammadova, associate professor of the department of Language and literature, and Aynura Baghirova, senior lecturer), evaluation, requirements, perspectives, the role of teachers in the formation of quality culture, the use of modern teaching methods in higher education, the rules for preparing required documents based on exemplary forms, and the scientific activity of teachers were discussed.
30 people participated in the two-day training.
