Aynur Yusubova, a specialist at the Career and Graduate employment center of Sumgait State University, was selected to participate in the international project "Get in Contact with the Youth." This project was organized by Service Civil International and held at Trebnitz Castle (Trebnitz Schloss) in the Federal Republic of Germany.
The Trebnitz Schloss Education and Exchange Center is an educational institution with a political and cultural focus, primarily engaged in international exchange projects with Poland and Eastern Europe.
As part of the project, a summer program was held at the "Get in Touch with the Youth" camp at Trebnitz Schloss, bringing together young people from Poland and Germany. The program featured a variety of activities, including art, sports, dance, swimming, games, and museum visits. At the beginning of the camp, volunteers participated in a three-day workshop where they received training in pedagogical and intercultural skills and were introduced to non-formal education methods for working with children.
Vacation programs for children were designed in collaboration with the experienced team at Trebnitz Castle, and the participants played an active role in implementing these programs in small teams. Language animation was also incorporated into the program.
As a result, the participants gained valuable experience in teamwork within an international setting during the vacation period.
