On August 8, under the organization of Sumgayit State University"s Career and Graduate employment Center, Anar Gullerli, a graduate of the faculty of Natural Sciences, winner "Make the Idea Real 2023" Youth Individual Projects Grant competition announced by the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, "Young Chemists!" project participants had an excursion to "STP Polymer" LLC.
Director of "STP Polymer" LLC Nazim Mammadov met with the students and told them that the enterprise is one of the largest industrial enterprises producing polymer products in the region, that all production processes are carried out with the help of the most modern technological equipment of the leading companies of Germany, Austria, Italy and Turkey, and in the production of products noted that high-quality raw materials are used. Later, the students got acquainted with the production of various polymer products, polymer pipe production workshops, thermoplastic, PVC profile workshops and various purpose production lines at the Anti-Corrosion Coatings Factory and the Cable Factory, which have a large production capacity and belong to "STP Polymer" LLC.
It should be noted that Sumgait State University initiates the interactive presentation of theoretical and practical knowledge and skills within the framework of interaction with production enterprises in support of students" and graduates" projects.
