From May 11, 2024 to June 7, 2024, students of the 4th year of the Faculty of Economics and Management of Sumgait State University have a pre-diploma production experience in the administrations and enterprises of Sumgait city. The list of structures where students had internships in previous years was expanded this year due to new ones, and the contracts with some of them were renewed. In contrast to the previous years, according to the educational programs, the internship period has been significantly reduced in this academic year. Therefore, students are required to learn more in less time.
Regular monitoring is carried out together with experienced managers from enterprises and organizations. The experience of students being hired by enterprises and organizations when they have shown themselves to be good from previous experiences increases their motivation even more.
It should be noted that in the end, the knowledge acquired during the internship period, the experience gained will be evaluated by the commission organized by specialization. Students are currently working in the local structures of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Finance Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the city of Sumgait, ASAN service center, Kapital Bank OJSC, Bank Eurasia OJSC, Ateshgah Insurance Company, Analysis of Economic Reforms and they continue their experience at the Communication Center, Sumgait City Municipality, Sumgait Statistics Department and many other places.
