A PANEL DISCUSSION WAS HELD ON THE "CAREERLAB" NETWORK

On May 25, a panel discussion was held on the network "CareerLAB" at Sumgait State University, with the support of the Azerbaijan Youth Foundation, Youth Development and Career Center and the Union of Student Youth Organizations of Azerbaijan, for students studying finance and economics, who want to build their careers in this direction, and who are interested in management, psychology and leadership.

Associate professor Elmar Khalilov, vice-rector on Social affairs and public relations of SSU, spoke about the important role of the implementation of such projects in the future career planning of students and the right choice of profession. He said that in modern times, the role of youth has become more relevant in terms of the future development of society. Because we are now living in a world where knowledge, innovation, and new technologies dominate more and more. Currently, various opportunities are created by many state institutions, enterprises working with young people and youth organizations for the development of young people and the realization of their ideas. As a result, thousands of young people get a chance to realize their idea. At the end of his speech, the vice-rector expressed his gratitude to the institutions that supported the organization of the "CareerLAB" network project at SSU.
