On May 7, a representative of the Education Student Loan Fund (ESLF) held a meeting with students at Sumgayit State University.
Sabir Behbudov, the head of the teaching department of the Educational and Methodological Center, the person in charge of the Education Student Loan at the university, made a speech and greeted the representative of the Foundation and the participants, spoke about the projects and programs carried out related to education, which is the leading field in the country, as well as the opportunities created by education student loans. He said that the university regularly conducts wide-ranging educational activities among students, and the information received by the Foundation is brought to the attention of young people in a timely manner.
Speaking at the event, Gunay Khalilova, the chief specialist of the Department of Work with Educational Institutions of the Education Student Loan Fund, gave information about the activities of the institution she represented and brought to attention the necessary information about the criteria for granting education student loans, application rules, and concessions applied to education student loans. She said that the main mission of the Education Student Loan Fund established under the Ministry of Science and Education is to ensure the accessibility of education to everyone, especially people from low-income groups, and to create equal opportunities in education.
