TRAINING ON "STRATEGIES FOR CHOOSING A RESEARCH TOPIC AND LITERATURE ANALYSIS" WAS HELD AT SSU
On April 19, with the organization of the Quality Assurance and Strategy department of Sumgait State University, a training on "Strategies for selecting a research topic and literature analysis" was organized in order to improve the research skills of educators. The training was held by vice-rector for International relations of SSU Konul Abasli, as well as the author of many scientific articles, book sections and reports published in various journals indexed in local and international scientific databases such as "Web of Science", "Scopus", assoc. prof. who works as a reviewer of various international scientific journals.
During the training, the criteria that must be taken into account when determining the research topic, the sources that ensure the acquisition of reliable data, and various strategies for literature analysis were discussed. At the same time, predatory journals and ways to identify them were discussed in the training. At the end of the training, discussions related to the topic were held and the questions of the participants were clarified.
