On February 19, the 2nd meeting of the Quality Assurance Council of the Erasmus+ KA2 project "Improving Green and Sustainable Global Economy in Azerbaijan Universities: Renewable Energy and Mitigation of Climate Change" (REFRESH) was held. Narmin Ibrahimova, director of UNEC"s ( unec.edu.az ) International Cooperation Department, project coordinator Rauf Mammadov, specialists of that department, Gultaj Tahirli and Lala Abbasova participated in the meeting. Representatives of 6 local and 4 foreign universities, which are part of the project consortium, participated in the said meeting. At the meeting, the director of the IEP, Narmin Ibrahimova, proposed to hold a final conference in Baku after the practice visits to introduce the project. N. Ibrahimova noted that the translation of the book "Sustainable Energy" authored by R. Dunlap into Azerbaijani within the framework of the project is an important factor for the sustainability of the project. A number of quality control issues were discussed at the meeting and a mutual agreement was reached on the creation of a single quality control document.
