The SSU delegation is on a visit to the Ufa State Oil Technical University
The delegation of Sumgayit State University participated in the 75th anniversary ceremony of Ufa State Oil Technical University.
On the first day of the visit, SSU rector Rufat Azizov and vice-rector Asad Mammadov met with Oleg Baulin, rector of Ufa State Oil Technical University. At the meeting, historical warm relations between the two universities, scientific research projects that can be carried out in the field of chemical engineering, oil production technologies and petrochemicals, as well as student and teacher exchange programs were widely discussed.
In addition to other guests, the delegation of SSU also participated in the meeting of the Scientific Council held in large composition regarding the anniversary. Then the guests got acquainted with the conditions created at the university.
The delegation participated in the official and artistic jubilee ceremony. Rector of SSU Rufat Azizov delivered a congratulatory speech at the jubilee ceremony attended by distinguished guests.
At the end of the Rector's speech, a gift was presented to Ufa State Oil Technical University on behalf of Sumgayit State University.
