A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WAS SIGNED BETWEEN SUMGAYIT STATE UNIVERSITY AND BRANDENBURG TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF GERMANY
In the academic year 2022/2023, the delegation of Sumgayit State University (SSU) visited the Brandenburg Technical University (BTU) of the Federal Republic of Germany at various times and held regular online meetings with the BTU delegation.
During the visit, the SSU delegation got acquainted with dual education, dual diploma and various programs, as well as scientific research and production laboratories of the university.
It should be noted that BTU is one of the leading technical universities of the Federal Republic of Germany. Since SSU attaches great importance to international relations, foreign missions, and cooperation with foreign universities, it has developed relations with BTU.
On July 14, 2023, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the two universities to support the development of cooperation between SSU and BTU. Cooperation in the field of information, joint research, teaching and learning program development, teacher and student mobility will be implemented to promote direct relations between institutions.
Joint cooperation in the fields mentioned in the memorandum of understanding will be further intensified in the coming years.
