On December 30, the exam session of the autumn semester was started at Sumgayit State University.

Exams are held in person in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. F-721 dated 16.12.2022.

According to the relevant order of rector professor Elkhan Huseynov the exam session will continue from December 30, 2022 to February 2, 2023. Examinations will be conducted in the form of monitoring in all faculties.

During the course of the session, for the purpose of investigating and solving the dissatisfactions that may arise from the results of the exams in the existing manner, a "Hotline" was made  at the headquarters and under it for the university and application and suggestion boxes were hung in the educational buildings of the university.

In order to promptly monitor the process of the autumn exam session, our representatives: Gafar Atayev-vice-rector for International relations, for the faculty of Chemistry and biology, Physics and electroenergetics, professor Ramazan Mammadov - vice-rector for Science and innovation, for the faculty of Philology, Elmar Khalilov-vice-rector for Social affairs and public relations for the faculties of History and geography, Economics and management, Engineering and mathematics were assigned. In addition to all this, the rector of the university professor Elkhan Huseynov personally observes the examination process and  is interested in the attitude of the students to the course of the examinations and gives assignments.

During the session, necessary conditions were created for providing students with textbooks and study materials in the scientific library of the university.
