At Sumgayit State University from December 19 to 29, a survey was conducted among the employees and students of the university in an anonymous and transparent manner regarding the evaluation of Sumgayit State University"s public awareness activities. The main purpose of conducting the survey is regular monitoring, analysis and improvement of SSU"s public awareness activities. In total, 1700 people participated in the survey. According to the results, 84% of employees get information about the university"s activities from  its official website, and 49.3% of students get it from the university"s social network accounts. 49.2% of employees evaluated the activity of the university"s official website as "excellent", and 50.8% of students rated it as "good". 49.2% of employees and 49.4% of students evaluated the activity of the university"s official social network accounts as "good".

In order to increase the functionality of the official website of Sumgayit State University and its popularity among the target audience, on May 23, 2022, the official website of SSU was made available to readers in a new format and systemized. After updating the format of the university"s official website, 89.3% of our employees and 77.2% of students are fully satisfied with the availability of information. 89.3% of employees and 80.8% of students are completely satisfied with the promptness of obtaining information about the university"s activities and responding to inquiries.

We should note that within the framework of the conducted survey, the opinions and suggestions of the participants will be evaluated in order to improve the public awareness activities of the university.
