Scientific-methodical seminar on the development of dual degree education system and improvement of educational programs was organized in the online format on February 1 the Faculty of Economics and Management of Sumgayit State University and the Faculty of Economics and Law of Atyrau University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The speakers of the seminar were the dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management of Sumgayit State University Aynura Yahyayeva and the dean of the Faculty of Economics and Law of Atyrau University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov of the Republic of Kazakhstan Elmira Adiyetova. The speakers noted that the renewal of the cooperation agreement between the two universities during 5 years a manifestation of strengthening the strategic partnership between the universities.

Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management of SSU, Associate Professor Aynura Yahyayeva spoke about the importance of relations established between the universities to expand international cooperation. She noted that SSU attaches special importance to international cooperation and the development of mutual relations. She said particularly in the International Scientific Conference on "Problems of sustainable development of the economy in the information society" held on December 16-17, 2021 at SSU, the visual participation of the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Law of Atyrau University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov, docent Elmira Adiyetova and Ayman Musayeva.

The seminar focused on the exchange of faculty and students, the organization of bilateral joint seminars and conferences, cooperation in joint research projects, the development of a dual degree education system between the two universities and the improvement of educational programs.

The seminar was attended by the head of the Department of World Economy and Marketing, honored teacher, docent Malahat Panahaliyeva, Head of the Department of Business Organization and Management, docent Galib Huseynov, Head of the Department of Economics, docent Lala Mahmudova, Head of the Department of Accounting and Finance.
