MEETING OF SSU WORKING GROUP WITH THE STAFF OF THE DEPARTMENT WITHIN THE ERASMUS + EQAC PROJECT
On July 15, a meeting was held with the staff of the Department of History and Teaching Methods of Sumgayit State University (SSU) within the framework of the project ERASMUS + EQAC Establishment and Development of Quality Assurance Centers in Higher Education Institutions of Azerbaijan. The coordinator of the project from SSU is Natig Talibov, Vice-Rector for Teaching Organization and Training Technologies.
The head of the department, associate professor Sona Maharramova, employees of the department, employee of the Information Technology Center, head of the Quality Assurance Center Nihad Huseynov, project manager of SSU, Ph.D. Samira Mammadova took part in it. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the report on the work done under the project, the results of the monitoring meeting. The results of activities, reports and monitoring carried out in accordance with the work plan of the project should be discussed in the departments. In the new academic year, it is planned to continue discussions with other departments and administrative staff.
It should be noted that ERASMUS + EQAC is a project funded by the European Commission and coordinated by Baku Business University. The project has 10 partners from Azerbaijan and 4 from Europe. Training visits were made to Middlesex University of England, Alicante University of Spain, Royal University of Technology of Sweden, SMK University of Lithuania; the best European experience was studied and applied in Azerbaijan on a national basis. The project team continues to work successfully to be successfully represented at the Final Conference.
