THE FACULTY OF ENGINEERING IS EQUIPPED WITH MODERN LABORATORY EQUIPMENT
There are only a few days left until the start of the 2019-2020 academic year. By tradition, Sumgayit State University is starting a new academic year using a number of innovations. Repair work has been completed in all educational buildings, and new laboratories have been created at many faculties. All this will help students and researchers to carry out their scientific work based on modern technology.
The process of education at the university is being modernized and improved every year. Classes are held according to the most modern programs. In order to improve the quality of training, special attention is paid to the creation of new laboratories. The university already has a laboratory base for practical and laboratory work. For the newly created laboratory at the Faculty of Engineering, new modern equipment was purchased.
4 stands were purchased for training laboratories "Electronics" and "Microprocessor Control and Digital Systems" of the Department of Information and Computer Technology, as well as 6 stands for training laboratories "Control and Measuring Instruments", "Programmable Logic Controllers", “Studying Automation and Regulation Systems” Department of Process Automation.
It should be noted that in the new laboratories, students will acquire knowledge and practical skills in working with equipment for control technology, programmable logic controllers, technological measurements, and sensor systems.
