The excursion was arranged for students to administrative building of Training Center in Shamakhi within the framework of cooperation agreement signed between Sumgayit State University and Ministry of Taxes Training Center in the field of education and scientific research, organizing internship of students, holding free trainings and courses on the organization of works of information-communication technologies, creating favorable circumstances to professor-teacher staff in order to conduct scientific-research works, arranging joint events, excursions, trainings, seminars, round tables, conferences and forums, preparing textbooks and monographs for new specialties.

Dean of the Faculty of Economics and management docent Aynura Yahyayeva, deputy dean Sadagat Aliyeva, head of Department of Finance and accounting docent Loghman Abdullayev, senior lecturer Bakhtiyar Davudov and students took part in the excursion.

Chief of Training and methodology department of Training Center Ramiz Maharramov gave information to students about establishment and activity of the Center and displayed administrative building and tax museum. He talked about historical advancement of Azerbaijani tax system, reforms conducted recently in tax system, significance of amendments made in Tax Code. In the end the students’ questions responded.
