“SUBAYLAR” TEAM OF OUR UNIVERSITY QUALIFIED TO FINAL STAGE
Executed youth policy contributes to the advancement of country’s intellectual potential. The young generation is forming with high intellect, sense of patriotism and national thought. The government performs special projects in order to reveal the skills of youth. Sumgayit State University has also created proper conditions for arranging students’ leisure time effectively and revealing their acting ability. As a result, our students actively participate in the contests of Cheerful and Witty Club and various competitions held among young people.
On February 15, II play of 1/2 stage of Azerbaijan Regional Cheerful and Witty Club TV League was held in Theater of Young Spectators, which is carried out among higher education institutions in 2018/2019 academic year by organization of Ministry of Education. 9 teams from different universities participated in the League. Sumgayit State University was represented with “Subaylar” team in the contest. Their sketches, prepared by the help of artistic director of the Club Majid Huseynov, were welcomed by the audience. Our team qualified to final stage for their performance.
