JOB FAIR AT SSU
Job fairs play special role in provision of people’s employment. Thus, on December 18, the job fair was held at Sumgayit State University, co-organized by City Executive Power and Sumgayit city Employment Center of State Employment Service under Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of People of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The registration was conducted of those, who want to be employed in temporary jobs and paid public jobs. 270 vacant places were presented by 30 enterprises, 10 of them are state, 20 private institutions.
According to the information given by Sumgayit city Executive Power, 4208 persons were registered as job seeker by Employment Center within 9 months of 2018. 2294 of them were provided with jobs, 70 of them were involved in vocational courses.
