Document submission for students admitted to Sumgait State University will be conducted online from August 28 to September 6.

For the 2024/2025 academic year, all admitted students must register online via the [https://portal.edu.az](https://portal.edu.az) portal by selecting the "Student registration for higher and secondary educational institutions" service.

Required documents for online registration:

1. Copy of the military ticket (or call-up card for those not in military service).

2. Copies of documents for those eligible for tuition fee exemptions.

After your registration is confirmed, please submit the following documents to your respective faculty at SSU:

1. Three copies of your identity document.

2. Original secondary education certificate (or notarized copy of the diploma or reference for sub-bachelors).

3. Military ticket or conscription station document (white ticket for male students).

4. Four 3x4 cm color photos.

5. Medical certificate (only for applicants admitted to the "Physical Education and Pre-Service Teaching" specialty).

6. Notarized copies of documents for students exempted from tuition fees.

Note:Students on a paid basis must pay at least half of the annual tuition fee.

Attention:

Students who do not complete registration at [http://portal.edu.az](http://portal.edu.az) will be considered unadmitted by the Ministry of Education and will not receive an admission order.

Student Loan Information:

Applicants with an admission score of 250 or higher may apply for a standard education student loan. To qualify, students must pay 20% of the annual tuition fee.
