Submission of documents of applicants will be carried out online at Sumgayit State University
 
TO THE ATTENTION OF APPLICANTS ADMITTED TO THE BACHELOR'S DEGREE!
Those who were admitted to the bachelor's degree in the 2020/2021 academic year during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic at Sumgayit State University can enter and register online.
 
Documents required for online registration:
1. Work number (6 digits) and FIN code;
2. Copy of certificate or diploma (copy of diploma of undergraduates);
3. Copy of ID card;
4. Copy of 3x4 cm photo;
5. Copy of military ID (conscription card for non-military servicemen);
6. Copy of biography;
7. A copy of the receipt of payment of tuition fees from applicants admitted on a paid basis. Tuition fees are paid at the expense of Sumgayit State University in any branch of Kapital Bank OJSC in the country, indicating the name, surname, patronymic and ID card series of the applicant.
 
In addition, privileged applicants must submit the following documents:
 
a) Applicants who have lost both parents and are deprived of parental care:
1. A copy of the applicant's birth certificate;
2. A copy of the death certificate of the parent (s);
3. A copy of the parent's disability document.
 
b) Applicants who are IDPs:
1. A copy of his / her IDP card;
 
c) Copies of documents of persons with I and II degree disabilities, as well as applicants with disabilities under 18 years of age.
 
d) Children of citizens who became disabled during the protection of the territorial integrity, independence and constitutional order of the Republic of Azerbaijan:
1. A copy of the applicant's birth certificate;
2. A copy of the parent's certificate of disability.
 
e) Applicants who are members of the martyr's family:
1. A copy of the applicant's birth certificate;
2. A copy of the certificate of the parent confirming the status of a martyr.
 
Approved applicants must submit the following documents to the relevant faculties upon arrival at SSU:
1. 3 copies of ID card;
2. Original of certificate or diploma;
3. The original of the undergraduate diploma;
4. 4 3x4 cm photographs;
5. Medical certificate;
6. A notarized copy of the document confirming the privilege for privileged persons (IDPs, families of martyrs, children of disabled people of the Karabakh war, deprived of parental care) provided for in the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan adopted on a paid basis.
Online registration will last from September 7 to 20.
The Document Admission Commission operates every day from 9:00 to 17:00.
