Language skills: Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages at a high level.

Requirements:
• To participate in the development of projects of legal acts;
• Provide legal assistance to structural divisions and departments, represent management in courts, summarize and analyze results;
• Regulate the relevant works related to the conclusion and fulfillment of contracts;
• Providing legal assistance to employees in concluding labor contracts;
• To participate in the development of the terms of collective agreements, as well as consideration of issues related to debtor and creditor debts;
• To control the timely submission of references, reports, explanations and other documents to prepare responses to claims;
• Giving opinions on drafts of legal acts;
• Using technical means to conduct inquiry and information work, as well as registration of valid legislative acts, their additions, changes or their cancellation;
• To participate in solving legal issues related to university activities;
• Advice on the application of legislation, as well as giving opinions on organizational-legal and other legal issues.

Must know:
• Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Education";
• decrees and orders of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the field of education;
• Relevant decisions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
• Relevant decisions, orders of the central executive authority in the field of education of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
• Legal acts related to the activities of enterprises, departments and organizations;
• Labor and administrative legislation;
• Labor protection, safety equipment, sanitary-hygiene and fire protection norms and rules.
