Monitoring and evaluation
An Action Plan is prepared annually in accordance with the development strategy of SSU. According to the Action Plan, a working group is established to monitor the implementation of the obligations of each structure. The work of the working group is based on the principle of accountability.
The Department of Quality Assurance in Education (CSD) is responsible for planning, monitoring and overseeing the quality of education and support services (medical, psychological, tutoring, dormitory, canteen, etc.). For this purpose, regular electronic or written surveys are conducted. TKTŞ supports the culture of quality (everyone shares equally in terms of quality).
