Erasmus+EQAC project of Baku Business University approved by European Union continues its work. Sumgayit State University is one of 11 local partners of the project. Also, 4 European universities – Middlesex University (England), University of Alicante (Spain), Royal Institute of Technology (Sweden) and University of Applied Social Sciences (Lithuania) are the partners of the project.
The trainings are one of the parts of the project and aim the establishment and development of Quality Assurance Centers in high schools. They were held on June 25-28 in Baku Business University. All project partners participated in the training. Our university was represented by head of International cooperation office Samira Mammadova, a laboratory worker of Azerbaijani language and its teaching methods department NihadHuseynov and operator of Quality Management and Assessment Section SadagatFatullayeva. The event went on 4 days and there were discussions about adapting the Quality Assurance Centers to European standards and given group tasks; trainings were held on writing the strategy of the center. The last day of the training, a work plan of future perfect model of Quality Assurance Centers were prepared as a presentation and demonstrated.
