Mammadov Asad Agil oglu was born in 1973 in Shusha in an intelligent family.In 1990, he graduated from secondary school No. 46 in Baku, and received higher education in specialties "Scientist agronomist" and "Lawyer". He also took a training course on "Security and Conflict Science Program of the European Center for Security Studies named after George Marshall" in the Federal Republic of Germany.Asad Mammadov started his career as a junior researcher at the Ganja Regional Academy of Sciences of ANAS in 1995 and worked in various positions. In 2016-2020, he worked as an advisor to the General Director of “BOS Shelf” LLC, the operator of the Deepwater Jackets Plant of the Republic of Azerbaijan named after Heydar Aliyev, and is currently the Vice-Rector for General Affairs at Sumgayit State University. He is married and has one child.
