On April 20, I Republican scientific-practical conference of  Young researchers dedicated to 95th Anniversary of Great leader Heydar Aliyev was held at University of Azerbaijan. Master and PhD students, as well as teachers of several higher educational institutions attended the conference. The following lecturers of Sumgayit State University participated in the event and were awarded with certificates: senior lecturers of the Department of Azerbaijani language and its teaching methods: Aybaniz Mammadova “Modern teacher training and pedagogical practice”, Elnara Ahmadova “A glance at the history of Damirchilar toponym of Gubadli”, LalaHamzayeva “Conception and terminology in scientific cognition”; lecturers: Dilara Guliyeva “Sentence and expression”, Sheyda Guliyeva “About poetry of Azerbaijani riddles”; senior laboratory worker Matanat Aghasiyeva “Language problem in Gantamir’s works of prose”; PhD student Mahira Rahtari “About the history ofclassification of consonants in Azerbaijani language”, head of the Linguistic Centre Alik Abdullayev “National value and traditions in the works of  Russian-language writers of Azerbaijan”; the worker of Laboratory of folklore studies Balakishi Isgandarov “The characters used by Mammad Aslan in his poems of nature”.
