On 5 May, our university representatives visit to the one of the biggest construction company of Sumgayit city, Gartal Construction Company.The company"s president Mr.ShahinMammadov and Head of HR Office Mr.RahibPashayev greeted SSU representatives.
We would like to mention that ERASMUS + LPEB project was selected for funding by the European Commission in 2015 and SSU, Azerbaijan Architecture and Construction University and foreign universities from Russia, China, France are partners in the frame of ERASMUS programme. The project has been already started its action.
The aim of the visit is to cooperate with Construction Company of Sumgayit city and to discuss questionnaire made by the coordinator – Grenoble Academy in the frame of ERASMUS LPEB project due to the work package. Hundred employers of the company should reply the questionnaire. We should mention that the questionnaire replaced in the ERASMUS section of university web site and the registers should reply them online. According to the project work plan, the experts will analysis the answers of the questionnaire, define the today’s demand of market and perspectives.
Different forms of the cooperation between SSU and Gartal Construction Company were discussed at the meeting.The company"s presidentMr.ShahinMammadov mentioned that he and his staff are ready to conduct seminars, trainings for SSU students and students will have the opportunity to have experience in Gartal Construction Company. During the discussions company President mentioned that Gartal Construction is interested in cooperation with SSU and heemphasized the need for organization of joint local and international events
Mr.ShahinMammadov made a large video presentation regarding company action. Manager of ERASMUS + LPEB project from SSU associated prof.Gafar Atayev, associated prof.Turgay Huseynov and translator of LPEB project from SSU Samira Mammadova participated at the meeting.
