On January 12, a presentation of  Electronic University within DEMIS project was held in Gafgaz University. Representatives of Baku State University, Baku High Oil School, Tourism and Management University, the Medical University, Azerbaijan Architecture and Construction University, Sumgayit State University, Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University, Azerbaijan University and others participated in the meeting. U. Bagirov, the manager of the project presented the goal and budget of the project, its implementation process, and partnerships in the frame of this project. He mentioned an importance of this system for our education.Implementation of the university management system will involve universities in the management of education process with effectiveness and transparency for all stakeholders.
Project manager, noted that the e-learning and management processes of higher education institutions implemented in severalcountry (Romania, Nigeria and Kazakhstan) universities.Later, Umit Ilhan, an employee of Gafgaz University explained Teaching Management Process and organization of the Student Database Management in Gafgaz University, and then participants commented regarding these issues. Onthe contents of theterms and conditionsof future cooperationwere discussedat the end ofthe meeting,the questionswere answered.
