On April 5, Sumgait State University organized the ‘The way to Success’ training for students organized by the Student Youth Organization.
The training was opened by Ravan Pashayev, the chairman of SSU SYO, greeted the participants and talked about the topics of interest to young people, especially the ways to achieve success. He noted that the purpose of the training is to support the success of young people, especially students, graduates, and job seekers.
Acting as a trainer, Yegana Jabrailgizi shared her success story, talked about the importance of always working on yourself and acquiring the knowledge and skills required in the modern era. She gave detailed information about the path to success and the stages of career planning, the criteria necessary for the personal development of an individual, the points to be considered in terms of usefulness to society and career advancement, the current state of the labor market, and career development opportunities for students, as well as prospects.
At the end, there was an exchange of views on the topic and the questions of the participants were answered.
