THE RESULTS OF THE SURVEY ON PUBLIC INFORMATION ACTIVITIES OF SSU
From December 16 to 28, a survey was conducted regarding the evaluation of public information activities of SSU. 1000 people participated in the survey.
‘Do you know about SSU's official website and social media accounts?’ according to the survey, 97.3% said yes, 2.7% said no.
‘From what sources do you mostly get information about the work done at the university?’ according to the survey, 38.3% said that they got it from the official website, 51.9% from social media accounts, 0.8% from mass media, and 9% from other means.
‘How do you evaluate the structure of the university's official website?’ according to the survey, 70.3% consider it good, 26.75% satisfactory, and 2.9% not satisfactory.
‘Are you satisfied with the frequency of sharing information on the official website of SSU?’ according to the survey, 78.9% answered yes, 17.3% answered partially, and 3.8% answered no.
‘Are you satisfied with the completeness of the information published on the official website of SSU?’ according to the survey, 81% answered yes, 16% answered partially, and 3% answered no.
‘What form of information sharing attracts your attention?’ according to the survey, 53.1% recorded their answers in the form of photos, 33.1% in writing, and 13.8% in the form of videos.
‘How do you evaluate the activity of social media accounts of SSU?’ according to the survey, 55.1% consider it excellent, 43.1% satisfactory, 1.8% not satisfactory.
‘Are you satisfied with the promptness of the response to your inquiries?’ according to the survey, 73.8% consider it good, 22.60% partial, and 3.5% not satisfactory.
It should be noted that within the framework of the conducted survey, the opinions and suggestions of the participants will be evaluated in order to improve the public information activities of the university.
