An event organized by SYO on “the great president – irreplaceablepolitician” dedicated to the nationalwide leader HaydarAliyev’s Memorial Day was held in the History and Geography Faculty.First national leader HeydarAliyev’smemory was honored with a minute's silence.
The event was opened by the faculty's chairmanof the Students’ Youth Organization Ibrahim Zeynalov. He said that protecting  Azerbaijani youth HeydarAliyev provided the future of our people. Today in our country all the young and teenagers have one desire–to get a good education, to be a decent child  for the native land and  do his best for the future of our nation. It was national leader HeydarAliyev’smainrequirement from  the young and adolescents. 
The Dean of the History and Geography Faculty,  professorAdilBakhshaliyev spoke about  great leader’s invaluableservicesin the development of science, education and culture.
In their speech the students of the History and Geography FacultyAli Miriyev, IsmayilFakhtiyev,  LamiaAlkhanli  spoke about HaydarAliyev’s  exceptional place in the history of Azerbaijan.  They state that youth policy plays an important role in the formation of the Azerbaijani youth as a leading power with high intellect.
