THE PRESENTATION OF THE PROJECT "BE A SUCCESSOR" WAS HELD AT SSU
The next meeting was held with the students of Sumgayit State University on October 26 within the framework of the "Continuation" project, which was implemented with the support of the Azerbaijan Youth Fund and the organization of the "Continuation" Youth Movement.
At the meeting, which began with the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the participants commemorated the people who died for the territorial integrity of our country with a minute of silence.
Associate professor Elmar Khalilov, vice-rector for Social affairs and public relations of the university, greeted the guests and event participants on behalf of SSU rector Rufat Azizov. Stating that he believes that the university students will contribute to the prosperity of our country with their active participation in the youth policy of our country, Elmar Khalilov invited the students to join the youth policy of our country and called them to represent the higher education institution with everywhere, including on social platforms.
Zakir Guliyev, secretary of Higher Education Institutions of the "Continuation" Youth Movement, stated that slogan "Forward with İlham!" has become the ideological base of the "Continuation" youth organization, and noted that the movement has united about 30 media and groups around it. He made a speech information about the principles, methods, knowledge and skills of the organization, stated that they intend to play an active role in the socio-political processes of the country by gathering more young people, to contribute to the youth and sports policy, as well as to the reform process carried out in our country. He called SSUstudents to cooperate.
During the meeting, the questions of the event participants were answered, suggestions and opinions were heard.
